The London commercial property agency known as MERJS has acted on behalf of a charitable trust in order to let out Central London office space. The office space, which is located on the ground floor of Valiant House at 4-10 Heneage Lane, has been rented out to Synergy Insurance and comprises of no less than 1600 square feet (which amounts to 149 square metres) of office space that has only recently undergone refurbishment.
"We recently let the entire third floor of Valiant House, so we are delighted to announce the let of the ground floor office space too," says the Equity Director of MERJS, Colin Becker.
