Scarborough Group International's serviced office division, Forsyth Management Contracts Limited, has announced that it has leased no less than 20,000 square feet of office space situated in the centre of Moorgate, EC2, in London.
The commercial property occupies two floors at 45 Moorfields and will add an additional 20,000 square feet of office space to the company's expanding portfolio. This development follows on from the success of the groups other existing business centres currently offering such serviced space in Euston and at Bolsover Street in the West End.
"Success at our Euston and Bolsover Centres has given us sufficient confidence in the market to expand and take space in another key location in Central London, and is as a result of our controlled growth strategy over coming years in the City," says the firm's managing director, David Hall. "We already have a waiting list of clients for this location and are confident in securing some off plan lettings."
Both the sixth and seventh floor offices of the commercial property are currently being extensively refurbished. This overhaul is necessary to make sure that they are able to fully meet with Forsyth's exacting high standards. The completed property will ultimately provide as many as 280 fully serviced workstations, as well as meeting rooms, and fast broadband connections that are able to cope with the demands of office occupants in today's business world.
