The contractual agreement that our client enters into is a single page 2 sided document. One side consists of the terms of the agreement such as rent, licence length and deposit whilst the other side consists of general terms and conditions.

This agreement can range from between 1 month and 12 months at any one time with notice periods negotiable depending upon the terms of the agreement.

However, although clients generally sign contracts between 6 months and 12 months at any one time, 65% of our clients have an average length of stay of circa 2 ½ years.
